Chocolate Berry Loaf

If you like dark chocolate you’ll love this chocolate berry loaf. I’m starting to experiment baking without dates to reduce the sugar content and make things that little bit healthier. 



INGREDIENTS



2 eggs

1/2 cup almond flour 

1 teaspoon baking soda 

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 

1 cup of cacao powder

1 cup of berries of choice (if you use frozen, defrost before adding) 

3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/2 cup of desiccated coconut 

1/3 cup of honey/maple syrup 

Pinch of salt 



DIRECTIONS 



Mix all in blender/food processor and bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes. 



Make sure you let it cool before slicing. 



This recipe would work well baked in a slice tin.
