1 cup of peanut butter
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of mixed spices
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
3/4 cup of dark chocolate buttons
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Blend all ingredients in food processor and bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.
Top with dark chocolate buttons.
