Paleo Nutter Bread

This seed and nut bread is the perfect mid-morning snack to accompany your coffee. The honey sinks to the base of the bread giving it a delicious dense yet moist texture.

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of honey

¼ teaspoon of baking soda

1 and ½ cups of pumpkin and sunflower seeds

3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Whisk eggs, honey and peanut butter.


Add additional ingredients and mix well.


Spoon evenly into lined cake/loaf tin.


Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
