Bumper Bars



2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of desiccated coconut
½ cup of finely chopped dates
½ cup of raisins
¼ cup of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
½ cup of coconut oil (melted)
½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk


Mix all ingredients together in your food processor or a large bowl. 

Press firmly into a lined tray. 

Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours. 

Slice in to bar sized pieces and keep in a container in the fridge.
