Choco-lot Bliss Balls

Chocolot bliss


1/2 cup of raw cashew nuts

1 and ½ cups of hazelnut flour
1 cup of raisins (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
6 dates (soaked with the raisins)
1/4 cup of desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon of coconut oil (melted)
Half a block of Whittaker’s Dark Chocolate chopped into fine pieces
2 tablespoons of Fix and Fogg’s Chocolate Peanut Butter


Put all ingredients in a food processor and whiz, make sure the cashews are completely broken up. You may need to stop and give it a stir to get things moving.

Once you’ve got a good broken up sticky consistency push the mixture into firm into balls and pop in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

As easy as that, you are done!

Notes – this mixture makes 15 decent sized bliss balls.
