Ginger Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

½ cup of walnuts
¼ cup of almond meal
½ cup of dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I used NuZest)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 
1 and ½ teaspoons of crushed ginger
1 tablespoon of peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

Blend ingredients together in your food processor until a sticky dough has formed.

Roll into bite sized balls.

Leave in the fridge to set for 1 – 2 hours.
