Homemade Muesli Bars

These are super easy, the perfect snack and far more nutrient dense than anything you’ll find in a box in the supermarket.


1 mashed banana 

1 grated apple 

2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter 

1/3 cup of chopped nuts (I used almonds, cashews and walnuts) 

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 

1/4 cup of desiccated coconut

1/2 cup of rolled oats 

2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Press flat in a lines baking tray.

3. Bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.

4. Let cool before cutting into pieces. Makes 6 bars.

5. Store in an air tight container.
