2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
6 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Mix ball ingredients together until well combined (by hand or in your food processor).
Roll into decent sized balls and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
When balls have set melt chocolate chips and coconut oil on your stove top on a low heat.
Prepare a lined tray/plate to place coated balls on (if you put them on a plate they will stick).
Roll each ball in the chocolate coating until it is fully covered.
Place the chocolate covered balls in the freezer and leave to set for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
Before serving move to the fridge for 15 minutes, allowing the balls to soften.
Keep any leftovers in the freezer.
