Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of milk (I used full fat organic)

1 teaspoon of maple syrup

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2/3 cup of rolled oats

4 servings of protein powder of choice 

1 cup of raisins

1 cup of cashew nuts

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in food processor.


Spoon in lined tray, it will be a very sticky mixture!


Bake at 180 for 30-40 minutes. 


Leave to cool before cutting into bar sized pieces.
Store in an air-tight container.
