2 cups of raw cashew nuts
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of cacao powder (or cocoa)
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of raw almonds
6 tablespoons of almond meal
2 cups of dark chocolate chips 4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Soak cashews and dates in hot water for ten minutes.
Blend with other base ingredients in food processor.
Spread mixture in lined tray and leave in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.
Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and coconut oil together on a low heat.
Pour over the set base and put back in the fridge, leave it overnight before slicing.
