Berry Breakfast Slice

berry breakfast slice


1 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup of shredded coconut

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of raw honey

2 bananas

2 eggs

2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

½ cup of unsweetened almond milk 
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries 


Blend all ingredients (except berries) together in your food processor.

Fold in mixed berries.

Spread mixture in lined slice tray and leave bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Leave slice to cool before cutting (if you’re too eager it will crumble).
