3 cups of rolled oats
1 ½ cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of pumpkin
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of cashew nuts
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of brazil nuts
⅓ c sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of rock salt
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
1 cup of freeze dried strawberries
1/2 cup of dried apricot
1/2 cup of dried mango
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a lined roasting dish.
Melt coconut oil and maple syrup together on low heat.
Pour liquid mixture over dry and stir until everything is coated.
Roast in the oven on bake 160 degrees for 10 minute intervals, making sure to stir/turn over the mixture when golden on top until everything is a golden colour.
Leave to cool.
After muesli has cooled add freeze dried strawberries and dried fruit.
