no grain ola

INGREDIENTS

Base:

1 cup of sunflower seeds

1 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of sultanas 

1/2 cup of raisins

1 cup of chopped dates

1 cup of sliced almonds

1 cup of walnuts

1/2 cup of brazil nuts

Coating:

1/2 of a cup of coconut oil

1/4 cup of LSC and cacao powder 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 100 degrees on thermowave.

Mix base ingredients together in a large bowl.

On a low heat on the stove top melt the coconut oil, slowly mixing in the LSC and cacao powder. 

Take off the stove and stir through the bowl of base ingredients. 

Spread the mixture evenly on a lined oven tray/dish. 

Put in the oven and toss every 8 to 10 minutes for the next 40 minutes. 

Leave to cool.

If the muesli is too oily, use a paper towel to drain off some of the excess oil. 

Serve with fresh fruit, coconut cream and almond milk. 

Store in an air tight container.
