Decadent Chocolate Mousse

I don't know about you, but come this time of year, when Easter Eggs appear almost everywhere you go and are screaming "eat me," I get pretty bad cravings for chocolate. To beat those cravings I've created a delicious decadent chocolate mousse with a smooth velvety texture. This recipe will leave you feeling extremely satisfied and is perfect as it only makes one serving - meaning, you can't overeat.

1 frozen banana (sliced)
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of peanut butter (I used Fix and Foggs)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of raw honey
Combination of your favourite paleo muesli (I used Cathedral Cove) and cacao nibs for topping.

Remove the banana from the freezer and leave for 5 minutes to soften.

Put all ingredients together in your food processor and blend until smooth.

Spoon into a serving bowl and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

Sprinkle with a combination of your favourite paleo muesli and cacao nibs.

Serve and savour every mouthful!!
