Espresso Protein Fudge

1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder
2 espresso shots/servings of instant coffee


Melt the coconut oil.

Stir in cocoa, protein powder and espresso.

Pour mixture evenly into a lined baking tin/container.

Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.

Cut/break into pieces to serve.
