Nectarine Icecream

1 bag of fresh nectarines (approx 8 -10)

1/3 cup of coconut cream

1 tablespoon of honey 

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (both honey and essence are optional)


Slice nectarines, lie flat on a lined tray and place in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.

Put frozen nectarines in your food processor with other ingredients. 

Blend until mixture is well combined and of a smooth consistency.

Pour mixture into an ice cream container and place in the freezer. 

Leave in the freezer overnight to serve the next day.
