1/2 an avocado
1/8 cup of cocoa powder
1/8 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of peanut butter
Cacao nibs for topping
Blend all ingredients (except cream and cacao nibs) in your food processor until smooth.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
Whip the cream.
Take mousse mixture out of the freezer and stir.
Get you mason jar/glass and carefully spoon layers in - starting with the mousse and finishing with cream.
Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!!
