This is the best substitute for bread when you’re trying to eat clean. Cauliflower bread is easy to make and tastes delicious! The perfect snack or side to any meal.

INGREDIENTS

Half a head of cauliflower

1 cup of almond meal

2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of almond milk

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees on bake

Grease a loaf/cake tin

Cut up the cauliflower and whizz in a food processor until you have a rice like consistency (chop finely if you don’t have one)

Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until combined

Pour the mix into the tin and bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden.

Enjoy!! I recommend topping with hummus and fresh tomatoes.
